After receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Painting from UCLA and a graduate degree in Art Instruction, I began a two-decade career as a Fashion Designer and Illustrator. My designs were sold in Nordstrom, Contempo Casuals, Wet Seal, JCPenney, Target and many others.

After leaving the Fashion Industry, I continued to work as an artist and graphic illustrator, supplying manufacturers with original designs for screen printed garments.

Throughout my fashion career, I continued to develop my skills as a landscape, still life and portrait artist. I’ve studied with numerous master painters including Ken Auster, Kevin Courter, Dan Gerhartz, Ned Mueller and Ray Roberts. 

For the past 20 years I have been focusing exclusively on creating fine art. My plein air painting, "Evening Showers," received the People’s Choice Award at the 2019 Carmel Plein Air Arts Festival and was selected as the cover art for the Carmel Art Festival’s 2020 Poster.

I have also received numerous other awards including First Place at Newport Beach’s Just Plein Fun Festival and the annual exhibition of the San Diego Portrait Society. A partial list of Juried Festivals, Exhibitions and Notable Collectors is HERE
